Ben formed production outfit Overcast in 2006. Looking to take his music in a harder, more dancefloor oriented direction, Ben went solo at the end of 2008 with a trio of remixes for seminal label Toes in the Sand – All three received widespread DJ support and glowing reviews on www.music-critics.com:

Ben was signed by Baroque Records in early 2009, his original productions and remixes have been supported by DJs from across the dance music spectrum, including Paul Oakenfold, Hybrid, Sonny Wharton, Jason Jollins, Cid Inc (Mashtronic), Luke Porter, Darin Epsilon and many more…

Ben’s tech-prog sound crosses boundaries - tough beats and rolling basslines contrast with soaring melodies, fusing Ben’s love of the tougher sounds of techno and tech house with classic progressive house.
Ben is also a talented DJ, and has played at top clubs both in UK and abroad, including the Ministry of Sound and the Fridge in London and the Custard Factory in Birmingham. As at home on a pair of CDJs or Technics as he is using the latest digital DJ software, Ben’s seamless sets are sure to rock any dancefloor.
